back to basics
This week marks the beginning of me getting back to basics. Which means writing down everything I eat, and keeping perfect track of the points. Sounds easy enough, but for the last 2 weeks, I’ve been totally estimating and it’s time to reign that shit in. My WW leader once said to go back and check on your portions after a little while, because you tend to get lax on them and they slowly expand. It’s just pure laziness keeping me from point tracking properly.
I decided to focus on working on my arms and weight training in general. I admit, I’ve sort of let Curves fall by the wayside now that I can go out walking…and I need to cut that out, because Curves is going to keep me from being a flabby bag of fat. Plus I’m paying for it, and I’m not rich enough to pay for things I don’t use. I bought a couple of hand dumbbells to do some extra arm shit at night, and starting today, I’m going back to Curves at least 3x a week. Totally doable.
I’m going to try to keep my weight loss shit on the DL more, I think. I feel like I’m making my sisters self-conscious or something. Which bites. I hope they don’t think I’m on some quest to be better looking than them, because really, it’s just a matter of me not being a landmonster anymore. They’ve been cool about everything, so I’m going to just do my thing and not talk about it much.
