is it friday yet?
Yesterday was WI. I lost 6.8 pounds, which rocks. That’s over a 2-week span, though, it’s not like I was running around in a rubber suit for 7 days. I usually get home from WI starving and feeling relieved that the scale thing is over for another week, so I eat more than I should. So when I got home, I tried to watch it and not go overboard. I think I did pretty well. Okay, so I admit I was craving taco bell driving home from the meeting, but I ignored my base impulses. I hate that there’s a taco bell right next to the Weight Watchers center. I mean, I’m strong, but let’s not tempt me too damn much. I might have to work a taco into my points later this week, though. They’re not all that bad, really, like 4 points each. Those Fresco “light” tacos taste like shit and you only save 1 stinking point. I’ll pass.
Hitting up Curves today, later on. If that shitty pop salsa crap is on again, I’m going to have to say something, seriously. There’s nothing more fucking lame than a bunch of dicks exercising to a synthesized version of “Conga.”
Sometimes I wish I could pinpoint what parts of my body weight would come off of, or tone up fastest. Like my arms, for example. It seems like it’s taking forever them to be less disgusting. I’d like to just be able to say..”Okay, that 6.8 I lost will come off of my arms, please.” Oh well. As long as I’m taming the flabmonster, I’m happy.
